Dear Sandra, I also get panic attacks and have read a book about it. The author of the book suffered from panic attacks but once she wrote the book she no longer had them anymore. She also said you have to go towards the panic attack. Instead of dreading one you must just say oh well if I have one I have one who cares. She reckons more than likely you wont. I havent had one since I read the book 10 days ago so I am hoping maybe the book brainwashed me. Marie
