Hello, my niece here in SA experienced the same problems as you, after several tests shey discovered a tumor on her pituarity gland and the pressure was causing her body to t hink it was pregnant. She has under gone surgery to remove the tumor, (not malingnant) and she has experienced her first period already. She is doing fine and is losing weight. The surgery by the way was done via a gap above herfront teeth and not through the skull. Maybe its work finding out. Good Luck
