I have Logren's sarciodosis. It is in remission now. When it went into remission I still had sever pains not only around my joint areas, but also total body. As if my muscles were on fire. It is called Myofacial Pain Dysfunction. There is a trigger point, which really hurts to touch or pub any pressure on, and that point radiates pain to other parts of your body. Pain is constant in my arms, hands, upper back, stomach, legs, feet (the sheets hurt my toes), I use voice activated software to type (my hands hurt too much to type). I take Elavil and Nurontin (a nerve ending med) so that I can sleep. The meds do not cure any of the pain during the day. I am just thankful that the pain can no longer wake me up all night long. I also was left with Fibromyalgia. These two conditions can occur after a horrible disease (which we both know Sacroidosis is) or a bad accident or surgery. It's like a post-tramatic effect. Well, I just wanted you to know what it is that you COULD be suffering from. Most doctors don't know much about FMS/PMS complex. Some don't believe it exists...how arrogant of them! Dr. Devin Starlanyl suffers from this and has a website ( just type in Starlanyl and you should get it.) It is VERY informative and you should have that info the next time that you go to your doctor. Hang in there!
