subject-53 year old male,poorly controlled hypertension,developed intimal tear(M.R.I image showed..)from distal to left subclavian artey till the bifurcation of the aorta.lesion slowly progressing?non progressing(repeat M.R.I not done)PRESENT STATUS-renal parameters satisfactory,no symptoms,BP controlled.ADVICE NEEDED on necessity of surgery,risks of surgery,preferable inexpensive centres in australia and third world countries.M.R.I images can be transmitted. thank you.
