I wanted to share that after suffering from severe perimenopausal symptons for several months - "hot waves" (not sweating), moodiness,intense ups and downs,anxiety, severe palpitations, spotting at exactly the same days in the cycle every month, periods that were lighter and lighter,body pain, exaustion, ants crawling, and all the other symptons in the books, I finally - after much reading, observing and trying out different things - have gotten every symptom pretty much under control by following the healthy version of the hypoglycimia diet (the public library has books on it). It took 2 and a half months and even the spotting disapeared.I feel great, have lots of energy, an occasional hot flash and only get moody if I eat lots of carbs. I also lost some weight, which had become a problem since the rollercoaster ride started.
