My husband is waiting for a transplant and I am looking for someone to talk to that has a transplant at University of Michigan. He is only 34 and been waiting for a year. It seems like it is total caos and am curious why in MIchigan it takes so long for transplants, while I've heard in other states it is a shorter wait time. Can any one offer insight to any of the above questions/ thoughts?? Thank you!
