I'm in my early 30's and my migraines have increased in freqency and severity. I have Zomig. But when I take it it does'nt really seem to help. I'm still out of it for at least All the Zomig seems to do is shorten the visual shit I go through. I had a migraine in Fred Meyers today. BOOM out of the blue the lady in the deli was only half a person. I felt great(i usually do)Before i HAD this. I'm about 5 days before my period. What can I do to stop these?.....Jen
