I'm 43 yr old female. For the last 2 1/2 years I have broken out with shingles in the same area (lower back/upper buttocks). Doctors say it is stress related. Stress levels have been high but are now under better control. My first breakout was about a week after my son received chicken pox vacine? I'm concerned the breakouts may be a symtom of something else. Any comments will be appreciated.
