I have a three year old son who has all the signs of "Night Terrors" They have been happening for about 5 months. He now will not go to sleep at night. He says he is afraid. I have an appointment with his doctor tomorrow, but I do not know what he will tell me. It is usually between 4a.m. & 5a.m. before he finally falls asleep. Then we get up at 7a.m. I have a full time job, he goes to day care. He has been there since he was 8 weeks old. There is nothing really new in his life. But neither of us can go on like this. Is there anything I can do to help him go to sleep, and sleep peacefully??? Thank You, Jacqueline Bond
