I have been sick for three years and one of my symptoms was pancreatitis. i lost 50 lbs and none of the doctors helped. I have just recently been diagnosed with Behcets and it is amazing how ignorant the medical community is about this disease. I have done extensive research on this and some of the articles discuss pancreatitis as a rare complication of the disease. Do some research of your own and then talk to the doctors as the pancreas problems may be part of the Behcets and maybe the treatment needs to be altered. I'd like to hear from you and discuss the physcological aspects for both the patient and caregiver. Just knowing people going through the same thing can be a big help. Good luck
