cerebral brain aneurysm

I lost my 23yr old son suddenly on January 28th of this year to a cerebral brain aneursym. I took him to the hospital three weeks earlier and asked them to scan him or do an MRI as he had a headache and neck pain with weakness. I fought with them and they told me that he had the flue. They also told me that a MRI was about $1000 dollars and he had no insurance. They kicked me out of the room as he was 23yrs old and he was old enough to talk for himself. I told Jeff I would go to the bank and borrow the money to have tests done, but he refused and walked out of the hospital. The next three weeks were uneventful, I asked him repeatedly if he was alright, and he told me he no longer had a headache and he felt great. He worked everyday, played basketball, and went surfing on the weekends. On January 28th he came home from work, ran in to take a shower, and was leaving to go to Daytona to surf. I came in about 15 minutes later to find him on the floor. I did CPR but nothing worked. The autopsy showed a massive frontal cerebral aneurysm. The guilt I feel is overwhelming. I am so angry and ashamed that I did not do more to help him, HE COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED. Can anyone tell me why he had no symptoms for the three weeks prior to dying.
