I was 75 when my knee started hurting. I could not ssleep and was miserable. I went to orthopedic doctors who said I had arthritis..gave me pills. I got worse, could not sleep my knee swelled, I began falling and finally another orthopoedic doctor had an MIR done..I had two herniated discs had a laminectomy and there was nothing wrong with the knee at all and at the time had no back ache to indicate anything there. Have been active the last years and am so grateful to that doctor.
