Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired

Have you been checked for Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS or CFS for short)? If not, you should be. It usually is triggered by a severe illness or virus (and mono is one that has triggered it for some). It often takes years to finally be diag- nosed. I have it and had suffered the same problems you've mentioned. It seemed like a constant thing with being sick, getting sick easy and never seem- ing to get over it, never having enough energy or strength to do all the stuff other people seem to be able to do with- out effort. Went to doctors all the time and wasn't diagnosed with this 'til last year and have been undergoing treatment since then. We now think it may have started about 18/19 yrs. ago. I researched it a great deal and have found treatments that are working very well for me. I'm not cured of it, the symptoms come and go but they're not as severe or constant as before and I'm not getting sick as easily. If it is CFIDS, I have found that a supplement called L-Lysine has really made a difference for me. Whether it is CFIDS, mono or something else there is another herbal supplement that I have recently found that's really worked better than anything I have tried. It's called "Colostrum" (it helps a number of conditions, not just CFS) and you'd have to find an Herbal store for this one. It may take a little while to work through your symptoms to feel the results. (Amount of time may depend on the sever- ity of your condition, it varies for different people.) Whether or not you decide to try these, I wish you the best for determining your circumstances and for your health improvement.
