I have been diagnosed with dry eye syndrome. My right eye is usually VERY blurry. My ophthalmologist says he has done all he can and nothing has helped. I've tried tears every couple of hours, Genteal Gel (I have a bad reaction to the vaseline type ointments), hot compresses at night, an antibiotic (Doxycycline), plugs in my tear ducts, and had my ducts permanently blocked with couterization. Does any body have any other suggestions? I just can't imagine that I have to continue through live just reading large print signs, with no help.
