I had cataract surgery (recto lens cataracts) in both eyes recently (12/28/200 and 1/18/2001).Ever since then, my eyes (eyeballs) actually vibrate and this causes much glistening of the lens. If I read or look at something closely my eyes can not adjust ....it just seems to be like looking thru a disco ball that constanly flickers. The Rt. eye is worse than the left. I am also amblyopic in the rt. eye (always have been). When they did my rt. eye the surgeon also corrected the astygmatism. To me the lens is not sitting correctly. When the eyes are dilated, the vibration can be seen by my husband...he said it looks like a guitar string reverberating. My Doctor has never heard of such a thinh and said perhaps this is caused by stress.......I highly doubt it ! I am 52 and do not take any medications. Please enlighten me...I have nowhere to turn !! Thank you !!!
