Get the book "Eating for IBS" by Heather Van Vorous. It helped my and I have had it for 13 years. Learn to take control of IBS. You can have your life back. My life savers have been French Bread, Peppermit Tea, Altoids, and very little to no fat. Read the book it will teach you want are trigger foods and non-trigger foods. It saved me.
