In the 1970's I had 3 sinus operations, polyups removed; the last operation was caldwell-luc surgery. My symptons were always postnasal drip and severe dizziness, coming from my ears. After all these years I'm still going to doctors, I have had several scans, saying that I have chronic sinus disease, but i'm telling the doctors, i feel like my sinuses from the last surgery (where they supposedly left a window open) I feel like the window closed, and i'm trying to explain to the doctors that my sinuses are not draining in the right place, but behind my head...my balance is way off and I suffer from severe vertigo. This has been ongoing for 30 years. I've seen a psychiatrist and it is not a mental disorder. I've been taking florenase and antibotics, but nothing helps. I've been taking Claritin on and off...someone recommended Allegra...I sometimes think the problem is with my teeth but the neurologist told me not to do that, because people who have had teeth extracted still feel the same. I definitely have a vestibula nerve problem behind the base of the stem of the brain, so I feel everything is connected. The last year and a half I am not able to go for a walk at all because I feel pressure behind my head and ears together. Is there anyone who can help me or give me advice? Thank you.
