i have been taking paxil since 94 and was taken on and put back on so many times, well i am on it again, 40mg, things seem to be fine with this medication but only for a bit, my dr. doesnt want to try anything else because i have had serious reactions to other classes of anti-depressants. i am now experiencing what i call"the black hole" syndrome, i stayed in bed for 4 days, i feel awful, i am wondering if i have another type of depression, i am on disability, any info on medications, reactions, short lived success, different diagnosis, this has been going on since i was 18 i am 42. thanks
