Hi everyone, I have torson dystona. I am currently being treated with cogentin and klonipion.I am in a painful attack as I speak.I am trying To get into a clinic that specializes with dystonia. The nurse mention botox. I would like to know what is working for everyone else??????Anyone know anything about the movement clinic located on Davis Island across from Tampa General Hospital? Also pros@cons of botox injections.By the way the nurse told me they get alot of dystonia pt's that have been put on cogention. She said that that is not a drug for dystonia. As far as acurpunture I read on a board from a girl in Italy that gets it,it helps her.I take a low impack water muscle tone class.I have been in bed for 5 days now.Legs very weak.Do any of you get warning signs before an attack? I get abd pain and ill feeling over my body.then the attack hit 2-5 minutes from there. Thanks Toby
