OK- sitting here after a trip last night to the ER with a several hour bout of irregular heartbeats only to get there, wait an hour and have the EKG show nothing. Having had arythmias previously, last night I tried to ignore the problem until it became severe to finally scare me to the emergency room, for lack of any other means of dealing with the problem. I know I have MVP but I go for long periods of time without having an episode of irregularities, then BOOM-I'll have a few days of intermittent occurances that can become very scary. Hoping someone out there can identify with this problem--I could really use someone's input on this.
