I never had any pain but my Internst phoned me opne day and said, "that gallbladder HAS to come out right away"! Seems a prior ultra sound had shown polyps onit and the lasst one showed they had grown some. I have had pain in that gallbladder area ever since which radiates to the back but all cat scans & ultra sounds show nothing. A med tech was very surprised to hear the gallbladder had been removed for polyps and no gall stones. Has anyonelse had any experience on this or can you suggest how I can find out as I read that gallbladder removal can make it easier to get colon cancer and I feel mine was removed unnecessarily.
