Sorry I didn't get back to your July 6th issue in time; for the 'Constipation' need of a child, I suggest the mother give him(?) part of a magnesium pill with each meal. As soon as he reaches adequate-to a little more than adequate level, softening of the stool comes, and if the magnesium is not cut back, diarrhea will develop. Foods with magnesium should be included in the diet, fiber, etc, so the poor child doesn't have this problem. Return of toxins into the body, from the constipation is deadly for anyone, any age. All good wishes. M
