try minerals especially magnesium and calcium also cayenne pepper if you can stand a half teaspoonful once or twice a day in water if not i can give you a phone no. that you can buy it in a tincture and just put a few drops in water it is not nearly as bad and does wonders for the circulation.when i have pain in my legs that is the first thing i do.and if you ever feel woozy or light headed it will clear that up very quick and effectively.
