I had tetanus in 1975 at 24. By the time I finally received treatment I was very close to the final stages of the desease. I spent many months zonked on valium and twitching all over. 25 years later I still get random twitches that last one day to 2 weeks. I now have stiffness in the calfs of my legs and arms with a ache similar to original tetanus and symptoms of CFS. I can not find any information on the long term effects of tetanus. Are there any one like me out there?
