i have the same problem i think. i have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and arthritis. i am only 38. i too have to take hot baths and sleep with a heating pad. i live in minnesota and avoid going out until absolutely have to ..the store or appointments. it's not warm out to me til its about 80 degrees. as 1 of six children in childhood photos of outdoor stuff, i am the only child wearing a coat! i feel your pain!
