I HAVE NOTICED THAT ALCOHOL AND CIGS DO IT. I CAN EAT BREAKFAST AND FEEL OK BUT AS SOON AS I SMOKE A CIG I HAVE A SUDDEN ATTACK . IF I DRINK BEER BEFORE GOING TO BED MY SUGAR IS 2 TIMES AS LOW THE NEXT MORNING. I GUESS IT IS TIME TO QUITE SMOKING AND DRINKING! I WONDER IF THERE IS A CURE OUT THERE BESIDES EATING ALL THE TIME!!!! I HAVE HEARD THAT BIRTH CONTROL PILLS EFFECT IT ALSO. THAT IS WHEN I STARTED FEELING LOW BLOOD SUGAR SYMPTOMS. THE DOCTOR TOLD ME I WAS ALLERGIC TO CAFFEINE. I HAVEN'T HAD CAFFEINE FOR 17 YEARS AND STILL HAVE THE SYMPTOMS BUT THE PILL AND THE CAFFEINE DID MAKE ME FEEL WORSE. PASTA MAKES ME FEEL REAL BAD. I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT I SHOULD EAT ANY MORE. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS AND DOCTORS ARE SO RELUCTANT TO BELIEVE THERE IS A PROBLEM IF YOU ARE NOT DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES THRU A GLUCOSE INTOLERANCE TEST. I CAN'T TAKE ANY DECONGESTANTS OR ANTIHISTIMES SO A COLD REALLY SUCKS. IT SEEMS LIKE ANY MORE IT DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER WHAT I DO, EAT, ETC, I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE I AM RUNNING ON EMPTY!! WELL, HAVE TO GO AND EAT SOMETHING AGAIN BEFORE I PASS OUT!!
