I take avonex once a week the chills are one fo the side effects,I use to feel like I was getting the flu,but now all of that seems to be going away Have you tried taking advil before your shot it seems to work better than tylenol.I find that the Avonex is a great after your body gets use to it I been on it now for 9 months.Good luck and hang in their, you will start to feel the difference.
