I refer to message from AmyJ. in relation to rich diet. Coeccidently, I need to mention that during the time I was having panic attacks/anxiety, I started to have real good food )organic) and plenty of supplements. I had lots of protein, fresh vegies and fruts but less carbohydrates (only once daily!). I also worked hard (psychologically) to get rid of panic attacks by doing everything what had been said in popular books. How good food contributed, I am not sure, but panics dissapeared even I still have the SOURCE of it (Victimisation from the employer and insurance Company!). I believe that good and proper nutrition helped!
