Recently, I was diagnosed with dysplasia, I was sent for a biopsy in the dr.'s office. He ended up taking 6 biopsys from the cervix with no anesthesia or freezing, it was terrible! Is that normal? He also said that it was so extensive that instead of an outpatient lazer surgery, he would have to put me to sleep. I am so worried that it is cancer. My first results were abnormal, I'm still waiting for the biopsy results. Can anyone relate?
