I've had three cone biopsies to remove cervical displasia, one of them unnecessary as the biopsy showed no displasia at all! This was after I went on a massive attack with vitamin therapies and organic foods. I've been dealing with this for almost 15 years. A really good organic diet, tons of fruits and veggies and lots of vitamin a, e, c supplements seem to help it. Also, I try to keep a positive attitude as I think anything that depresses my immune function is of course unhealthy. I had my second child after the first cone biopsy with no problems although apparently there was some risk of the cervix not being strong enough. The next times I tested abnormal, though the doctors wanted me to have a hysterectomy, saying I didn't need my uterus anymore as I already had my children! I think I now understand I must follow a lifelong diet change and supplement regime and keep getting tested.
