Hi Steve;I have just started my son on Efalex which contains fish oil,evening primrose oil, thyme oil & vitamin E. These give the fatty acids & anti oxidents said to improve brain function. I'm praying it helps his co-ordination enough to improve his handwriting skills even a little as there has been no change in about 2 yrs. I have heard there are no known side efects, so far it has done him no harm. I wish you luck.
