My mother has squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth. She has had chemotherapy and radiation. She has also undergone 3 surgeries and is going on her 4th. I pray that this is an ending to a very long 4 years. She is now having her entire jaw replaced with a bone from her leg. If I can be of any support to your family please let me know. I have been through it all with this disease. I have found that a positive attitude can mean a world of difference.
