Hopefully all can find something that subsides the feeling of hopelessness, it's very painful. I started working out due to depression setting in and it seems to give me the boost I need, of course it's very hard to do this when it's full blown but give up that time and make sure you frame of mind stays in tact, because that's what keeps us going with illnesses like these. I've got leukemia, epilepsy and Behcet's and a child w/CP and it slows me down, but it isn't going to stop me, and make me feel bad for myself, because that won't get me anywhere!
