Iam 52years old ,noticed since 3months enlargment of both lacrimal glands causing inability to open the eyes widely.this has been proven by CT scan.Few weeks later the Lt.submandibular gland started to enlarge. there is apast history of enlargment of the Rt.submandibular gland one year ago and surgical removal, histopathology was inconclusive of sialoadenitis.I took a course of dexamethasone therapy (3mg. daily for 2months the enlargment disappeared of both sumandibular and Lacrimal. Now once I stopped the cortisone enlargment recurred. There is a past history of enlargment of the mediastinal L.N and improvment on cortisone therapy and diagnosis of Sarcoidosis. Now what is the best treatment.
