I had a mammogram in March and the doctor called me and said that I needed a more extensive mammogram because the first one showed something. After the second one they told me the tissue had bunched up and thickened from a previous biopsy over 12 years ago. I felt better until I talk to my neighbor who has breast cancer and she told me they told her the exact same thing. She insisted on a biopsy and then they found her cancer. What should I do? Do I need a biopsy or am I worrying for nothing. Can the 2nd mammogram say for sure that its just a thickening? Please email me at alicemarie@jps.net if you can. Alice
