I live in Akron, OH and am looking for a hemotologist or a specialist dealing with Iron Overload or Hemochromatosis. My mother has had some very serious health issues and we have discovered that her iron levels are above normal. I just recently found out about this disease and requested that my mother be tested. Now that we know she has iron overload we would perfer that she is treated by a doctor that is familiar with it. If you know of any Doctors in Ohio that specialize in this please let us know.
