I suffered with gallbladder problems for 5 yrs. before I ended up in the hospital emergancy room with pain so severe I thought I was having a heart attack...the doctors took all kinds of test, x-rays etc. but couldn't find anything until the surgeon said he thought it might be gallbladder and wanted permission to operate, which I did. He found an egg sized blockage in the duct of my gallbladder and my gallbladder was next to dead !! Of course he removed my gallbladder and "stone" as they called it and I have not experienced any pain since !! This type of blockage will not show up in an x-ray I was told but thank goodness for a surgeon that had a feeling that was my problem because within hours (I was told) it would have killed me. Please have that checked out soon. Best of luck..
