I have had both gall bladder disease and acid reflux, and believe me, the two cannot be confused! The pain of gall bladder attacks is so excruciating it often left me white and sometimes sweating. With acid reflux, I have found that sometimes it takes time to disappear. Are you eating small meals - five or six a day? Do you eat after 7:00 pm - if you do, that could contribute. Have you given up coffee? Are you losing weight? Have you raised the head of your bed? (A pair of bricks laid flat under the legs of the bed will do it.) Do you wear loose clothing?
