Thank you for the info. That's why my husband decided against the stimulator -he didn't like the idea of walking thru the airport security gates or the theft systems at the mall stores and maybe having it go wacky. Also, about having to turn it off when you drive. His pain is very widespread and I think that's why some MDs have told him to NOT have the morphine pump too and some others have told him to have it. Is there anyone else out there that has stories to share about either the spinal cord stimulator or the implanted morphine pump? Please share good and bad.
