I AM BABYSITTING MY 16 MONTH OLD GRANDSON FOR ONE WEEK. A WEEK OR SO AGO HE HAD BEEN EXPOSED IN DAYCARE TO CHICKEN POX. LAST NIGHT I NOTICED A MILD RASH ON HIS TESTICLES. TODAY, THE RASH IS QUITE RED, PLUS HE HAS LITTLE RAISED BUMPS AROUND HIS BUM AREA, ONE ON HIS FACE AND A FEW ON HIS BACK. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE CHICKEN POX? IS IT DANGEROUS FOR A LITTLE BOY TO HAVE THE BUMPS ON HIS GENITALS OR IS IT NORMAL. (I RAISED ONLY DAUGHTERS!). IF ANYBODY OUT THERE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. HIS MOM IS OUT OF THE PROVINCE AND I REALLY DON'T WANT TO WORRY HER RIGHT AWAY BY TELEPHONING HER! THANKS GRAMMA
