My sympathies to you. I have bursitis in both hips but not so severe that I take heavy doses of pain killers. I have been given cortisone to some effect. It is three months since last shots. A double dose in each leg. I experience a lot of stiffness and endeavour to walk it out, i.e. I walk as though I haven't got the stiffness. It seems to help in the short term. I would be interested to hear of any natural cures or treatments you find helpful. I am a young 51. Help. Regards Jo
