Am currently taking Estratest as a replacement hormone. Previously was on premarine, but was placed on Estratest after experiencing decrease in libido. Since switch to Estratest, I've begun to notice an increase in facial oil and some skin blemishes. Have not reached the point of saying it is acne, but want to stop this before it happens. Can anybody give me good advice as to whether I should call my gynecologist, or simply see my dermatologist. I do not want to go off of the Estratest replacement therapy as it has taken care of my libido problem. I am not sure which doctor I should be contacting. Currently taking minimal dosage of Estratest .625. Thanks.
