I have had a swollen right toe joint for 2 weeks now. my gp suspected gout, but all blood tests are normal. Now,I have a sore throat, fever of 100-102 especially at night, all my joints hurt and I am very fatigued. My GP has done a throat culture, and many labs, including an ana, crp, cbc, diff, and an arthritis profile. Could this be rheumatic fever? I do have a rash, flat, not raised, it itches from time to time.
