Avoid milk products & saturated fats. Try green paw paw (papaya) juice mixed with freshly juiced pineapple. Mix about 50/50 . Take about 20ml before going to bed. Try also severely reducing sugars & all wheat products. Take a good gut flora supplement to re-establish gut flora after antibiotics. Don't take any more antibiotics as they are most of the problem. Don't let anybody touch you with a knife or you will suffer forever. Look more to a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Don't eat heavy meat meals in the evening. Do not eat fruit or drink fruit juice within one hour of meals. Don't use margerine or hydrogenated oils. Avoid taking omega-6 oils on thier own, balance with omega-3 oils. Supplement with vitamins 'C', 'E', 'A' 'B' complex & a good multi-mineral. No junk food or diet anything containing (aspartame). best of luck Arthur.
