Hi; If you are talking about having your deviated septum fixed, did your doctor mention that it isn't a surgery that LASTS! You will have to have it done again, anywhere from one year +/- everyone's different to a few years. BEFORE trying surgery, please try nasal irrigation. You have to do a search for it, I've never done it but many friends were in your boat and now swear by this easy fix. You get a baby aspirator thing and fill it with warm water, or some use warm, salty water and somehow lean over your sink, squeezing it up one nostril and it goes around and out the other one into the sink. If anyone has a better description here, please feel free to jump in :) You do it daily as much as is needed to get relief. My two cents, Katherine
