I dont know how long ago you posted but I had severe I had severe hypoglycemia as a child/teen. My leg pain was off and on in the left leg like you are describing. Im 35 and after my two kids it just hurt all the time with no relief. I thought I was getting a sinus cold so I took an antihistamine and that night the pain was gone. It was the strangest thing I now take allegra everyday and my lef almost never hurts now. Its worth a try. Try something over the counter with a antihistamine that is safe for ever day use. Its worth a try. When the pain started in my early twenties I took allergy meds occasionally for seasonal and that could be why the leg pain came and went. I havent taken allergy meds in almost five years and thats when the pain started full time. Hope this helps and you receive the message. :)
