bonnie gee
i was diagnosed with this six years ago and have developed many complications. living in Montana I am quite affected by the cold weather here with my hands and feet. i use those chemical heaters that you tuck into mittens and boots and they are wonderful and quite cheap. They have allowed me to get out in the winter and remain quite comfortable. A local hardware store here buys them for me by the case. They were recommended to me by a Dr. in Seattle. You should not be so concerned by the color of your hands. also if one keeps their head covered you will retain most of your body heat. Think of your own comfort. One must maintain a positve attitude as thst has a lot to do with the progress of an illness. Hard to do sometimes.
