Try L. Acidophilus capsules - the kind you get at a health food store and have to keep refrigerated. I take 2 capsules before bed if I think I have or am getting a yeast infection (840 mg providing 200,000,000 L. acidophilus and I try to remember to take one capsule before bed even if I'm fine. Can't hurt - keeps the "good" bacteria thriving in your body and is especially important if you've been taking antibiotics. Good luck!
