I've also had problems with chronic yeast infections. I've found that eating at least a cup of yogurt a day helps a lot. Make sure the yougurt has the good bacteria in it, as that's what helps out. I also started trying different soaps to use when washing. I found I'm really sensitive "down there" if I use a harsh soap. I finally ended up with Dove Sensitive Skin, and that works great. Finally, this sounds funny, but you might try sleeping without underwear. Warmth breeds bacertia, and no underwear will cool you off and allow your body to breathe all night. Good luck! LEM
