I know I felt ill for a long time and went to countless doctors with no help. I finally decided to go to psychatrist because I thought so negatively and felt like I was dying. Also there is no herb that really helps depression if you are really in bad shape. Get some exercize by walking outside for ten to twenty minutes a day. What ever you can do. Also deep breathing exercises can do wonders for calming the painful conditions you are talking about. Recline, close eyes, inhale thru the nose exhale thru the mouth.
